How We Can Help
How We Support You
Everyone learns differently, and we understand that. That's why we offer two ways to help you build your digital skills – structured courses that guide you step-by-step, or flexible drop-in sessions where you can get help whenever you need it.
Whichever way you choose, you'll work with friendly, trained volunteers in a welcoming space where you can take your time and ask as many questions as you need. All our support is completely free and designed around what you want to learn. We're here to help you feel confident and connected.
Free Digital Skills Tuition
Our eight-week structured programmes are delivered by trained volunteer tutors one day per week, designed for adults who want to build their digital skills from the ground up. Each programme is completely tailored to you with an individualised learning plan based on your goals and abilities.
We cover everything from basic computer use and internet navigation to email, online banking, and social media. With a maximum tutor-to-client ratio of 1:1, you get the personalised attention you need. Our flexible pacing allows you to progress at your own speed - no pressure, no rushing.
All courses are completely free and run in a supportive, friendly environment. Our patient, trained volunteer tutors understand that everyone learns differently. No prior experience required - we start from wherever you are.
Once you complete your six-week programme, follow-up support is available to help you continue building your skills and confidence.
After Your Sessions
Once you've built foundational skills with our courses, you can continue practicing and expanding your learning with Learn My Way, a free online platform. We recommend starting with our face-to-face support first to build confidence.
